1. Accuracy of Information

I confirm that all information provided in this application — including company details, director information, fleet details, and trade references — is accurate, complete, and up to date. The listed vehicles are under our operational control.

2. Platform Role & Liability

Afro Logistics acts solely as a matching platform connecting carriers with customers seeking freight transport services. Afro Logistics is not a party to any transport contract and accepts no responsibility for any issues, damages, losses, delays, or disputes arising from transport services provided by registered carriers.

3. Carrier Obligations

The carrier agrees to maintain valid operating licences, insurance, and roadworthy vehicles at all times. Any changes to fleet, contact details, or company status must be promptly communicated to Afro Logistics.

4. Subscription & Access

Access to load matching on the platform is subject to a per-truck subscription fee, activated by Afro Logistics administration upon approval. The carrier may not share, transfer, or resell platform access.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Afro Logistics platform, including but not limited to its software, algorithms, matching systems, workflows, data structures, user interface, branding, and underlying technology (collectively, the "Platform"), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Afro Logistics.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.

Users shall not, directly or indirectly:

(a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying logic of the Platform;
(c) use the Platform or any data obtained from it to develop, train, or support any competing product or service; or
(d) access or use the Platform for the purpose of benchmarking or building a competitive solution.

Any unauthorized use of the Platform may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may give rise to legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

6. Data Use

All data submitted is used solely for carrier onboarding, load matching, and platform operations, and is subject to Afro Logistics' Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
